a. Overall Health
If you can bear it, try staying away from sugar, lots of sodium and processed foods. These all lead to belly fat and bloating. Instead, focus on green vegetables, fruit and lots of water -- all great for staving off food cravings and clearing up your skin. Watch out for carbs as well, especially fried foods (that means no French fries!). Stay away from too much booze -- alcohol makes your skin puffy and dry (not to mention, you crave more snacks and junk food when you're buzzed).
Exercise is a must. One hour walk in the morning and evening will be sufficient. Those of you who have gained few extra pounds, try to hit the gym in the morning for an hour.
b. Skin Care
Internally
Unless you’re blessed with amazing skin genetically, you have to put in an effort to get flawless, radiant skin. And while all those lotions and facials help, there’s no substitute to a healthy glow that comes naturally when you’re taking care of your body & mind. Which is why I’m tackling the difficult, yet more effective ways to get better skin first –

2: Drink coconut water daily
3: Have multi-vitamins
4: Workout 3-4 times a week & eat right
5: Be Happy :)
Externally
1: Cleanse twice a day
2: Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
3: Apply sunscreen diligently
4: Indulge in weekly skin care treatments
5: Visit a dermatologist
6: Relax with a few facials
7: Don’t try anything new in the last 30 days

c. Hair Care
Just like your body, your hair can become fragile as you get older. For brides to be, this can prove to be a huge problem as the big day approaches. Here are some tips that will help make you get thick and luxuriant hair before your wedding.
Change your hair care routine
Firstly, use a sulphate-free shampoo, but no more than three times a week. Frequent shampooing with products that contain sulphate can dry out your hair, causing major damage and breakage.
Second, always use a conditioner for your tresses. It will help seal moisture and nutrition into your hair, while making it silky smooth. Finally, make sure you oil your hair often. Oiling your hair stimulates hair growth while making the strands stronger and shinier.
Try these hair masks
To reduce the frizz in your hair, make a mask of avocado and egg. Avocado delivers much needed essential fats and Vitamin E while egg is packed with protein, which strengthens your hair. Apply the mixture on your hair and let it dry, before washing it off.
For slow growth and wispy texture: Light Therapy
The absolute latest in technology, light therapy uses the power of low level light bio stimulation to stimulate hair growth and improve hair thickness. This painless treatment has no side effects. It bathes your scalp with gentle, low energy light that penetrates your hair follicles and stimulates resting hair strands, causing them to start growing.
You will see a remarkable improvement in your overall health once you religiously follow your routine.
